Nutrition is something we cannot do without!! It can seem simple – we eat to survive! But sometimes our bodies don’t play ball and we need to look at our food and fluid habits to ensure they are what we need. As a Dietitian I can help you to understand the science and what is happening in your body, along with providing evidence-based advice and tailored action plans.

I have over 10 years’ experience in clinical practice working in the NHS and privately. I also have the ability to provide health and exercise advice as I have previously studied sport science. I will provide assessment and education that will set you up for long term clinical management or wellness.

Consultations

Virtual or face to face appointments available.

Review times and frequency will be as required by the client. Follow up prices will depend on duration and nature of an appointment, e.g if just 30mins, will be charged £45.
